The Latest Mangrove Bay Flyover!

Things have changed quite a bit since our last drone flyover video in February. As you fly over the now-landscaped entryway, you can clearly see 1st Avenue South and 2nd Avenue South as the site improvements near completion at Mangrove Bay. Enormous progress has been made on the seven Mangrove Bay homes currently under construction, as well as plans to commence construction on an eighth.

Curious onlookers along Goodlette Road South have seen a lot of heavy equipment and moving earth, but from street level Mangrove Bay, the 53 single-family luxury home community currently under construction, is still a bit mysterious. There’s a deceleration lane now, and a new entryway lined with Royal Palm trees, period-style streetlights, and clay brick pavers. Eleven new large covered boat slips are also under construction. But what else is happening on this prime piece of waterfront real estate along the Gordon River in Old Naples?

What you can’t see is all of the hidden site work that’s been completed: underground utilities including the latest fiber optics, natural gas feeds to every home site, and the soon-to-be buried FPL power lines along Goodlette Road South.

The main entryway from Goodlette Road South will be set with clay brick pavers this week. The Latest Bird’s-Eye View of Mangrove Bay

Great progress is being made on the construction of seven Mangrove Bay residences! The deceleration lane heading northbound on Goodlette Road is now complete, and the main brick entryway is scheduled for commencement in mid-February 2015. The Phase I site improvements continue to move forward as scheduled, and are expected to be completed by early April 2015.

With the New Year Comes New Progress at Mangrove Bay!

Much has changed since we last sent our drone up to chart the progress we’ve made at Mangrove Bay, our exclusive community of just 53 single-family homes nestled along the Gordon River in Old Naples, each with private boat slip. As you will see from this latest video, we are placing roof trusses on our Amelia III (Lot 23) model and preparing to do the same on the Sanibel III Courtyard Residence model (Lot 24). Great progress is being made on the first and second floors of the  Keewaydin II model (Lot 39) and preparations are being made for the roof dry-in. In total, we have seven homes under construction at Mangrove Bay.

We sent our drone to the skies for a bird’s eye view of the progress we’ve made here at Mangrove Bay, an exclusive community of just 53 single-family homes nestled along the Gordon River in Old Naples, each inclusive of a private boat slip with purchase. As you will see, the block work is well underway for each of the  model residences, the Amelia III (Lot 23), the Sanibel III Courtyard Residence (Lot 24) and the Keewaydin II (Lot 39) and progress is being made on our end-user homes.

Flyover of the Latest Progress at Mangrove Bay

We sent up a drone to give you an aerial view of the progress at Mangrove Bay, an exclusive collection of just 53 homes set along Old Naples’ last remaining significant waterfront property for residential development. We are driving pilings on three model homes, the Amelia III, the Sanibel III Courtyard Residence, and the Keewaydin II, as well as three end-user residences.

Also visible are the some of the site improvements that began in August: clay brick streets; underground utilities featuring the latest fiber optics, natural gas feeds to every home, and burying the FPL power lines along Goodlette Road; a new entryway to the community; and lush landscaping. Because of the heavy earthwork currently underway, Mangrove Bay is now offering prospective buyers private tours by boat leaving from the dock at its Sales Center, a wonderful way to view the natural beauty of the property and see the perspective of their future home site from the vantage point of their own personal dock slip.
