Mangrove Bay’s Latest Fly-Over Progress Update

Things are moving right along! Our 1st Avenue South and 2nd Avenue South are now clearly defined as the site improvements progress at Mangrove Bay. The main entryway from Goodlette Road South will be set with clay brick pavers this week. Progress continues to be made on the seven Mangrove Bay homes currently under construction, and plans to commence construction on an eighth Mangrove Bay residence are also underway.

It’s been less than two weeks since we last sent up our drone over this exclusive community of just 53 single-family homes nestled along the Gordon River in Old Naples, each with private boat slip, but you can really gauge how much progress has been made on our model homes, the Amelia III (Lot 23), Sanibel III Courtyard Residence (Lot 24), and Keewaydin II (Lot 39), as well as the end-user residences.

The best way for prospective residents to realize the grand scale and amazing location at Mangrove Bay is take a tour on site or by boat, and truly appreciate our view and the surrounding environment. We invite you to visit the Mangrove Bay Sales Center Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, or Saturday and Sunday from Noon until 4:00 pm. Our resident Captain is also available to provide a waterfront tour of the property from the vantage of a leisurely boat ride throughout the Gordon River and out to Naples Bay.

The Latest Bird’s-Eye View of Mangrove Bay

Great progress is being made on the construction of seven Mangrove Bay residences! The deceleration lane heading northbound on Goodlette Road is now complete, and the main brick entryway is scheduled for commencement in mid-February 2015. The Phase I site improvements continue to move forward as scheduled, and are expected to be completed by early April 2015.
